My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The room was comfortable and clean, closer to my expectations than the picture but still not quite accurate. Despite a small size without a separate area, it was a decent stay. The service was kind overall, but there were moments where attention seemed lacking. The location was excellent, surpassing my expectations, with a few surprises like a visit to the car museum and Cabelas. The dining was a bit crowded, but the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings made up for it at times.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although not exactly as shown in the pictures during booking, were comfortable and clean, offering all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent, with staff members being personable and attentive to ensure our comfort. The hotel's location near the outlet mall was convenient for family activities, although the size of the room and the limited lounge menu were minor drawbacks.

I was impressed by the comfy and roomy rooms with the pillow menu that Holiday Inn Express always provides. The cleanliness and setup were top-notch, although the area right next to the bed near where my head goes was a bit dirty. The service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were plentiful and varied. The location, although closed due to a water break prior to our visit, is family-friendly with great amenities like the hot tub and separate kids area. However, the dining area seemed a bit smaller than what I expected, but the make-your-own pancake machine was a hit.
